He is married to Karen and they have three children: Grace, Fred and Ruby. He trained for the ministry at Trinity College, Bristol, was ordained at Chester Cathedral in 1998, and served as curate at St Barnabas Bromborough 1998-2002.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prior to ordination he worked for 11 years in industry, in Huddersfield, Manchester and Rugby.
